We need to develop how food is produced and consumed to contribute to the well-being of people on a thriving planet. It is our responsibility and a business necessity to enhance resilience, reduce risks, and create new opportunities for a sustainable food chain. Therefore, fifteen food companies in Sweden have signed a roadmap encompassing eight goal areas with corresponding sub-goals that outline the direction for our food supply until 2030. The roadmap is a part of the work in the initiative The Sustainable supply chain for food, coordinated by WWF Sweden. We work together and comprehensively approach climate, environment, resource, efficiency, animal welfare, and human rights.
